My memories of local Radio DJs in Singapore during the 80s were not as "positively glowing", as I'd remember recording songs off the radio for my own "mixtape", and most DJs just talked into the song's beginning and ends, which left me with incomplete songs, and that made me selfishly irked by DJs, in general LOL
